She was utterly powerless against out state lege Rethugs. I mean she couldn't make diddly happen while she was Gov. They boxed her in so effectively that she was a big disappointment as Governor to many of us. She was a much better attorney general, where she wasn't at all afraid about who she might piss off by doing the right thing. Not sure what changed when she became Gov but she did indeed change.

No, Biden is exactly the right guy to have as VP. He's fearless. She isn't.
