Not because I started it, but because it worked out so great, which was astonishing to me.

None of my OPs make any headway but I was apparently the only one amongst all of DU who wanted to host a live thread on the debate. And amazingly I did it without broadband INet or cable from the midst of the Manistee National Forest in rural west Michigan.

The best part of it is how many DUers participated without a single alert and with respectful discussion.

This is how political discussions are conducted. It warms my black heart that if this continues, we may very well beat those evil Republicans and Hillary supporters won't kill Bernie supporters, or vice-versa.
