It isn't exactly going to be a snap, but you're right - most people do just fine.

When the chips are down, you gotta think positively. I mean, think of everything you have to be grateful for - if you aren't hungry, have a roof over your head, mostly make ends meet every month, don't have a terminal illness, can drive yourself, have good people who care about you - hey, you've got everything.

And, after the surgery, you'll feel better, walk better, and wonder why you didn't do it sooner.
