And a great way to make the council people think differently 
I've often wanted to see graffiti artists think differently in cases like that. Instead of painting more words or whatever, go a different route. Paint the bricks to look like fence boards, or a stone wall, or even to look like brick again. Make the authorities really scratch their heads
