I think you care.

What I've learned is that it isn't at all about talk, about sound bites, about slogans, and in fact too much attention paid to slogans and smart talk can deliver whole countries, even the most powerful of them, into the hands of the "ministers of truth".

There's something about the ministers of truth that often isn't noticed. The ministry of truth doesn't really give a damn about what actually *is* truth, it cares only about knowing what the captive population wants to be truth, then delivering words, a world view or narrative that serves that need. The ministry of truth has complete control of all parts of that process.

Yes, Virginia, this includes the tweedledum/tweedledee "pundits" on all the MSM channels.
Your "most trusted name in NEWS" candidate.
This includes the "think tanks" that provide academic/professional appraisals for all the MSM channels.
Already, that's quite a bit, considering that the average "local channel" that might not be totally controlled is likely fighting for its life.
