I'm pretty sure that the changes requred are pretty much whatever a few posters (both that one and their closest associates) would dictate what was socially acceptable, democratic, liberal, or otherwise. Voices unlike themselves in race, gender, ideology, would be kept restricted or continually removed by admins.
There would be no holding hillaries feet to the fire, there would be no dissent, no one that stands against her on policy would be allowed to continue to argue, under the hold out that their motivation is sexist, anti woman, and possibly republican in nature, and therefore should be removed from the site or 'brought to heel'.
At least that seems to be what they want, or that that person wants.

Doesn't seem like it's liberal or democratic, but I'm weird I guess.
