But any federal judge in a similar position would, or he/she would face a motion for recusal from the attorney who was opposing the attorney or party who had given financial compensation to the judge.

Hillary served on the Board of Wal-Mart Directors from 1986-92. Sam Walton was well known for not allowing Wal-Mart buyers to accept even a free meal from a supplier or potential supplier because it could influence their judgment.
