It appears Obama and Biden leaned hard on Clinton and DWS to have EW as VP.
I think think they're going to let Hillary flap in the wind because they're pissed.
Obama and Biden would know the full consequences of her stint as SoS (assets lost, private server, Libya, and Blumenthal betrayal). I think Obama (and Biden) has been mad as hell after being apprised by the alphabet agencies. Revenge is a dish best served cold, and I think at some point she will be forced to step down. She'll get the historical nod to being the first woman elected, and even possibly sworn in, but she won't serve out her term in office.
Well, that's my theory, and ymmv.
