7. First time I ever heard a Democratic primary candidate campaign for the Republican Presidential

nominee over a Democratic primary opponent. First time I ever saw a Democratic primary candidate force an obvious Democratic nominee to continue using time, money and energy on campaigning in a primary while the obvious Republican nominee was doing general campaigning.

Whether running as an Indie or a Democrat, Bernie would never have done that. Or used "racially tinged" campaign tactics against anyone, let alone the first African American with a shot at the Presidency.

Life is full of ironies, no?
