In the legislative branch, the majority party sets the agenda and the calendar, holds the chairmanship and majority on committees (in addition to enjoying supoena power), controls debate in both chambers, and the Rules Committee in the House.
What's boring as fuck is having to explain this stuff over and over again.
If I were to vote in a presidential
