(10,302 posts)25. I certainly feel the difference between NC and AR.
I'm here in North Little Rock, Arkansas on training to be a professional truck driver; been here 6 weeks. I am probably biased since I've called North Carolina home for the past 20 years but the roads are better in NC than around here, there's more construction going on, the economy just feels better in NC, I hear good things about NC's schools... not so much in AR... Some of this is definitely my own gut feeling but AR is definitely a deprived state.
If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for: Joe Biden

I've visited that OTHER Seattle a couple of times (the one with the fast efficient train line)

There are a few outliers, but the blue states are doing a whole lot better than the red states. n/t

All good, but Washington also ranks as having the most regressive tax system in the nation
