He signed an executive order in 2010 that essentially strengthened the amendment.

There have been a number of Democrats, including presidential candidates, who don’t believe federal money should be used to pay for abortions. It’s not exactly breaking news.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for:
