Democratic Primaries

(11,949 posts)59. Many of us saw it. But keep our mouths, rather keyboards, muted.
That is the reason I keep bringing up the booing of John Lewis by his acolytes on National TV at our last convention. While he sat there grinning like the cat that ate the canary. That is an actual fact that cant be denied. Well, it has been denied here, but it can be proven with a quick google search.
John Lewis paid more of a price for civil rights than any living American. Too many paid the ultimate price. And Representative Lewis almost did. And his loyalist booed him.
And that is the reason he will get no Delegates from the South. And with no delegates from the south a candidate is cooked.

primary today, I would vote for: Joe Biden

During the primaries distinctions and decisions must be made. Only one candidate will be chosen.

If this is his litmus test to being vetted by Democrats, it's not going well for him.

Good, thanks. It's great to hear that an "unqualified yes" applies to Bernie.

Joe Biden praised Dick Cheney. Last year Biden gave a medal to George W Bush.

I really don't care for the "Democrats are the same as Republicans" talking point.

Not in any effective way, he didn't. He still whines that the nomination was stolen from him.

If he wasn't an effective surrogate then Secretary Clinton would've told him to not campaign for her
