Democratic Primaries

(2,197 posts)Biden kinda reminds me of Norm Chow, the offensive coordinator of USC during their glory years with Pete Carroll.
Chow was a great offensive coordinator not only under Carroll but also in his previous job as OC at BYU.
He left USC to become an OC in the pros and then as a college head coach and he absolutely flopped.
I would still say that Chow is one of the greatest offensive coordinators in the history of college football and it was the role best suited for him...he wasn't cut out to be a head coach
There are probably other examples like Chow but he's the one that comes to mind.
Biden was a great Senator from Delaware and as VP for President Obama...but some empirical evidence (in the form of 2 previous runs for the presidency) indicates that being the head person...just might not be for him...for a host of reasons.
At least the primary allows us to actually test that hypothesis...yet again... so that we don't have to go down the road that the University of Hawaii did with Chow.
primary today, I would vote for: Undecided
