He's already made a terrible impression on too many people. There's a certain desperation in the way he's running and it shows. Voters don't respond well to that in politicians.
For some time now, I've felt that Cory Booker thought he could be the next Obama and he even gave a speech at the Democratic convention that sounded much like Obama's speech in 2004. Never a good idea to try to emulate someone else. There is only one Barack Obama, better to be Cory Booker. Meanwhile, he might try being the best senator he can be. Worked for Teddy Kennedy and even Joe Biden.
