Is this really a great example of foreign diplomacy by Biden?

The Romanian called the US out on our problematic support of Turkey as a NATO country.
Joe reacted in anger.
The Romanians still got what they wanted.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for: Undecided
