Plus, the ACA is more popular than MFA. We might actually be able to salvage it, add a public option, and improve health care outcomes for people that way. MFA is a great idea that's politically impossible and not that popular anywhere but the left. The ACA with a robust public option is the ultimate, long- term path to single payer. To state otherwise ignores our political reality.
