I am 79, go the gym 4 times every week with 30 minutes on treadmill and 15 minutes lifting weights.
I can walk 18 holes pushing my cart, and break my age half the time on the golf course! Less than 0,1% golfers can do that. I never smoked, do not drink alcohol.

Last week I was at the eye doctor's office for my exam. My retina photo's showed I have 95% good retina. Which is fabulous at my age. This was a new eye clinic for me because we moved 4 months ago.
No one in the office could believe I was 79! The doc said he took me for early 60's.

The point is, we do NOT age at the same rate. Genetics, living habits and luck all play a part.
My mom lived to be 103, both my grand fathers lived in mid-90's.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for:
Undecided
