15. Understanding how corporations work seems hard to grasp for some

Thye are created to make profits and the people who run them will often - if not the great majority of the time - do things that are in the best interests of that goal - even when it is to the detriment of others. An example would be the millions of times claims have been denied and people go into bankruptcy. That shouldn't be tough to grasp since we have been discussing this problem for decades.
