11. I'm not sure, but I don't think there were ever limits on candidates spending their own money....

....on their campaigns. I believe the Citizens United decision was related to third party spending unrelated to candidate committees.

As it is, Super PACs still can't contribute to candidate committees (other than the $5000 limit for all PACs), nor can they coordinate with the committee.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for:
