I don't think he will generate enthusiasm or passion.
I don't mean this in a debating way (I know what the polls say - and you obviously like/support/believe in him).
I'm just stating that I think if he gets the nod, my guess is that we'll limp our way to the election and not win.
I suppose we'll see - perhaps you are right. We can't know until this all plays out.
