(15,536 posts)I do believe that this is what we have to do in the country that we have today. We may not like it, but it's a fact. The American people want a shit show like a reality TV show. Maybe not all of us, but I'd guess the majority of Americans are just numb to the nastiness. Also, if this is what it takes for us to win, then we win first and then try to remove some of the nastiness from our daily discourse.
Hillary was criticized for allowing the Bully in Chief to stalk her onstage at the debates. She really should have turned around and said, "knock it off" or something like that but she decided to remain civil and ignore him. I'm not criticizing her for that because who knew what an absolute imbecile/immature idiot he would be. But now we have seen that there is no limit to his depravity.
I think Bloomberg is the one who can most take him down the way he needs to be taken down. If he's our nominee I will definitely vote for him.
