But he had a TON of enthusiasm and tapped into those that dislike both parties. He didn't do this much advertising and he connected more deeply with voters in a folksy way. If he hadn't dropped out and dropped back in he may have won. That eroded much of his support. I don't think he was key to Clinton winning though like Republicans say. Because at the time in head to head polling without Perot, Clinton was still beating Bush. I know that wasn't an answer to your question but it sent me down memory lane 😂

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for: Joe Biden
