In a nutshell you have to send police to poor black and brown parts of town
and slam young men from 16 to 25 against the wall if you want to stop crime.

And then they posted the #s from this stop and frisk policy and in only about
1% of the time did they find a gun or make an arrest. And Mike did not stop
this "stop and frisk" it was only after a group sued the city and the real #s
showed the policy didn't work and the police themselves stopped it.
