which is not something like the Mueller investigation and doesnt determine guilt or innocence just if Congressional ethics rules were violated. It is doubtful that the Republicans on the ethics committee would have given Franken a fair hearing anyway.
And no one pushed him out. While over 35 other Senators did call for him to resign but they had no power to push him out. He chose to resign.
If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for: Joe Biden
