Cuba is third behind the United States and Canada within the Americas for medical tourism and has been so for decades. Heads of state from around Latin America routinely leave their own nations to visit Cuba in order to receive treatment.

If you paused your moral outrage for a moment and pondered the humanity, you might realize that this is A YUGE STATISTIC and quite meaningful.
