They rarely have landline phones and use their cell phones mostly for texting and the Internet. If they get a call, they probably wouldn't answer it, if they didn't know the caller. It would be pretty hard to reach that demographic.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for: Joe Biden
