and reinstituting individual mandates will fix that.

I don't know your age but between 45 and 65 (medicare age), it actually costs a lot more to insure people because that population has serious health issues. The antidote has been to have a lot of younger people insured to spread out the cost but the republicans removed the individual mandate and refused to allow medicaid expansions.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for: Joe Biden
