are being resolved on the ballot that also has a presidential primary. To totally cancel those ballots is wrong, as you state. But if Sanders drops out, that makes the presidential part of those ballots irrelevant from the Democratic Party side (though, only a handful of state republican parties are even attempting to put on a republican presidential primary).

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for: Joe Biden
