have been some kind of command economy like the Soviets had. Issue a decree that from now on, only American steel could be used in this country, then subsidize them to make it happen. I actually think it could be possible to make something like that work, but probably not very well with the people at the top demanding that most of the gains go right to them.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for: Undecided
