Constitutional requirements at that level are ridiculous. We're getting blowback from the Republicans in our State Senate about mail-in ballots, too, and they have a tiny majority in the Senate.

We'll see what the Governor can get them to do. In any case, no excuse is needed to get an absentee ballot and vote by mail in Minnesota, so...
