Something he brings up that is incredibly important is that the all out war on Planned Parenthood in this country has really had a horrible impact on access to reproductive health care for many women of color. The early routine care and screenings available at Planned Parenthood is crucial for better outcomes. Access is often more than just affordability and having coverage that is accepted...some people don't even have any providers at all and have to drive a long way, and if they don't have transportation that poses a whole different kind of problem.
