2. Weighted for education, fixing a big flaw in the 2016 PA polls

The less educated avoided pollsters in 2016. That group tilted for Trump so the 2016 polls in PA MI and WI were off by about 5%. This poll fixes that error, making sure the right number of less educated were included.

So this is encouraging.
