Looks moderate (5.0) in LA county. Hope all is well.

3. It was in Lennox area....
...which is kind of Hawthorne or Inglewood area ~~ towards SouthBay.

I am Palos Verdes Penn area ~~ one picture fell off the wall, eye glasses fell off a counter, and a few books fell of the shelves. Lots of crooked pictures and the dog is all shook up.

:wow:

This was a bad one for me. The last time I had anything fall off a counter or wall was the Sylmar quake ~~ and I lived in Upland at that time.

I did lose some internet service, too...but it is now OK.

5. Felt it in Encino...my dog freaked out a bit, but he is sensitive.
It only bumped and rolled for about 3 seconds here.

6. I'm in Tarzana and was out for a walk and missed all the excitement.
Sigh.

Oh, well. After Northridge I could stand to go the whole rest of my life without that sort of excitement.

I DON'T like that this appears to be on the Newport-Inglewood fault. As you know, that poses a far greater danger to LA than the San Andreas.
