Dean will be the featured speaker at a state Democratic Party lunch and rally, starting at 11:30 a.m. Thursday at the Plumbers and Pipefitters Local #412, 510 San Pedro SE in Albuquerque, according to the New Mexico Democratic Party.

Joining Dean will be state party chairman John Wertheim, Lt. Gov. Diane Denish, Albuquerque Mayor Martin Chavez and other local Democratic leaders, the party announcement said.

According to the Bernalillo County Democratic Party, the two-hour lunch and rally will go from noon to 2 p.m., and there is a suggested donation of $35.
