Why does it take Libya for all huamn rights violations to come to light?
Suddenly the UK is so concern about its own reputation with dictators/dictatorships--Prince Andrew with the Tunisia guy, Saif Gaddafi with LSE...if you go back since the end of the Second World War, British politicians/figures, British weapons have all been involved in HR violations/conflicts. Suddenly it takes Libyan to bring everything out.

Why?

1. Over focus on Uk-Libya links

Why this sudden focus? How about say the UK's involvement to topple Iran in the 1950s? How about a conservative government's association with Pinochet? Why must it take Libya to spring up all the "dirty" and "human rights violations" of the UK?
