Rudy was boo'ed at Yankee Stadium last night in NYC
i was not there.. my hubby was ..but he just told me Rudy's picture was put on the score board during the 7th inning stretch ..and the singing of "GOD BLESS AMERICA"..AND THE ENTIRE STADIUM STARTED BOO-ING.. and they cut his picture off quick.. i can not answer anything to this as i was not there..but my hubby just told me this.. and i wanted to pass it on.. just a FYI..is all fly

23. I am so sick of that "Please rise for 'God Bless America'" crap anyway.
Are they still doing that at other ballparks too? "God Bless America" is NOT the national anthem and no one should feel compelled to stand at attention when it is played. Nor to show any kind of obeisance to King Rudy of 9/11.
