About his new legislation on crack cocaine.
That was the best 2 minutes of my day.

Couldn't get through all of it at work today but I have some boring stuff to do now (lots of copying and pasting) and I'm going to finish it. I did see some of those great Biden leaning on his hand looking bored and skeptical shots! :)
