And I know a good many of them. Not one who voted for Bush (there were many) liked it. They knew that Bush was and is hurting thme money/job wise. But they di so anyway because they could not stomach Kerry on social issues. I have long thought that if our party would find a pro labor popularist, progun, against gay marriage, fiscally responcible, who can be atleast somewhat of a moderate. This person would clean up in 2008. The time is right for a democrat, but he or she will have to meet the south at least half way on a few issues.
