COLUMBUS, Ohio (AP) — A military investigation has determined that a soldier had inappropriate relationships with three teenage girls he met while working as an Army recruiter at high schools, officials said.

The commanding general of the Army Recruiting Command will determine whether Sgt. Joshua Castle should face military criminal charges in a court-martial.

"There was enough evidence to substantiate unfortunate things took place that were not in the best interest of the Army" and the girls, Maj. Timothy Hardy, commander of the recruiting company based in Lancaster, told The Columbus Dispatch for a story Tuesday.

Hardy declined to provide details of the military investigation or allegations against Castle, who was removed from recruiting in southern Ohio last fall and assigned to work that does not involve minors...
