during the average tour. Between the perverts measuring the young ladies for their life vests at the Navy recruiter, to the asshole in the Army who gives the gals late night foxhole training, it is a real problem. Some people are just predators, and not cut out for the job. Some of the young ladies are at that age when they are easily impressed (and of course, youth is wasted on the young--they always look better than they think they do) and some of the recruiters lack maturity as well as decency.
