that the obese are actually perfectly healthy? How is denying a problem helping? People in small towns are exactly as portrayed by Obama. They're bitter as their communities and livelihoods wither away. What Obama is attempting to do, amid this inane manufactured outrage, is bring their fears and dissatsifaction out for discussion. You can't help people if you ignore their problems. (I hope you aren't in the health profession...your patients would really be in trouble).
