2. Help please. Don't get to read as much as I used to - what is the talk
about the bridge time between administrations and the status of the Cheney Homeland Security policies and the Obama Homeland Security plan. Is there talk?
Is what we're talking about here a change that Cheney is pushing through now - one that is hard to reverse?
Where are we in this changeover.
Why would Cheney do this in the last month and a half?
