Here are two relevant posts:

Township of Lake Mills (0+ / 0-)

Apparently it's not Lake Mills proper, but the township, which is rural. 700 votes, if it reflects other Jefferson County percentages, could net Prosser a hundred or so votes.

On the other hand, that area is within reach of Madison media market. They will be well acquainted with Kloppenburg.

it is hereby DECLARED that 2011 Wisconsin Act 10 has not been published within the meaning of Wis. Stats. §§ 991.11, 35.095(1)(b) and 35.095(3)(b), and is therefore not in effect.

* Lake Mills in Jefferson Cty should go Prosser +43 (0+ / 0-)

In 2010 general election Lake Mills went 55% for Walker; while all of Jefferson County went 60% for Walker.

Prosser is underperforming Walker by 2% so far in Jefferson County, so if Lake Mills breaks for Prosser 53/47, and they expect 700-760 votes, that would mean about +43 for Prosser.

That's better than previously projected for Kloppenburg.

Here is the diary - http://www.dailykos.com/story/2011/04/06/963979/-Kloppenburg-retakes-the-lead-in-Wisconsin-Supreme-Court-race

Here's a link from the diary on the town in Jefferson that is not in yet - they are waiting for a quorum to start counting.

The same thread says the Milwaukee precincts out are in West Allis - and lean red but not really red.
