He also favors expanding health saving accounts and plans to propose a tax credit to help poor families and individuals buy coverage.

That will fix it...let's give a tax credit to all them there poor folk so's they kin buy health insurance with it! What's that you say? They don't earn enough to pay taxes? Well, we awtta put a stop to that! Make 'em pay taxes on their puny little paychecks. Then they kin be elgerbal for their tax credits 'n buy insurance with it.
