Delay must be greasing an awful lot of palms to maintain these numbers, or these people are just plain idiots.

This POS is the embodiment of sleaze and dishonor, yet half the people in his district thing he's just fine with them?

It's still going to be very hard to unseat him, and with his track record it's clear that he will stop at nothing to be re-elected. Don't count this psychopath out yet. It's going to take a herculean effort to pry his fat ass out of that Congressional seat.
