but also this could be a chance to reform our prisons in some way. They aren't working AT ALL now. Something needs to actually happen about controling violent freaks who seem to be running loose everywhere. Just keeping him in jail longer wouldn't have done any good, had he been in a year longer, we'd be reading this same news a year from now. We need a frontier to send people like this to, I think thats how it's been handled in the past. At any rate we need to think of something to at least try or we can be sure we'll keep hearing about this forever, probably becoming more frequent consider the way this country is going economicly.
