4. Aren't we already in debt?
The country and individuals?

Will the USA have to borrow to pay this "relief"? (Go to China? Or maybe he arranged it with the Emirates during his recent trip?) And I bet many people will just pay off personal debt with this money. How does that stimulate growth?
