10. How about "gay friendly"?
We have seen ads which say that. That doesn't necessarily ask what your orientation is, just that you are "tolerant". My daughter is gay and when she went looking for an apartment share, she specifically sought out ads which said that.

I know from experience of looking to rent an apartment with my daughter, we ran into a number of problems as soon as the potential landlord came face to face with her, even though she was going to be living with her MOTHER. I didn't believe her at first that this would happen, especially only 30 miles form NYC, but it did.
