Reply #22: He's on tape saying he's only pretending to deal so as to weaken the bill

He told a Town Hall group that his only reason for negotiating with the Dems is to water down the bill and gum up the works.

And then later he's on tape saying he won't even vote for a bill he helped craft if enough other Repukes don't vote for it.

The Dems should play those "YouTubes" to them and ask why he should be believed ever again.
